Bonfissuto Amarena and Limoncello Panettone with White Chocolate – 1 kg
The Bonfissuto Amarena and Limoncello Panettone combines semi-candied Amarena cherries, lemon citrus notes and limoncello cream with a white chocolate coating. A Sicilian recipe featuring a contrast between sweetness, citrus freshness and creaminess.

Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type 00, sugar, natural sourdough starter (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, semi-candied Amarena cherries, butter, liquid butter, egg yolks from category A ground-reared hens, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.
White chocolate coating
White chocolate (sugar, palm and coconut vegetable fats, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavors), Amarena cherries and lemon zest strips. Ingredients of the zest strips: lemon peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup.
Filling
Limoncello cream: lemon essential oil, natural flavors, alcohol, water, sugar, thickener: starch.
