Piccoli semi ambrati che raccontano un territorio preciso: Ispica, nella Sicilia sud-orientale. Gambuzza coltiva qui il sesamo dagli anni ’60, seguendo una tradizione familiare fatta di lavorazioni attente e passaggi ancora fortemente manuali.
Il Sesamo di Ispica biologico è un ingrediente semplice ma identitario. Nella cucina siciliana entra nel pane e nella giuggiulena; ogni giorno può dare profumo e consistenza a prodotti da forno, insalate, verdure, vellutate e piatti salati.
