The Corallo Pistachio Chocolate Truffles start with pistachios selected from the best and roasted until they release their truest character. The result is a flavor that comes straight through, without compromise.
In the 60 g format, the Pistachio Truffle Bites are perfect with coffee, after a meal, or in a selection of sweets to give as a gift.

With 12.5% pistachio, plus pistachio paste and flour, the taste is full and recognizable. Corallo produces them in Modica, in a pastry workshop with a history of three generations: every truffle is handmade, because intensity comes only from precise gestures.
