Description
The Corallo Cacao Chocolate Truffles are small bites coated in cocoa powder, with an intense, deep, and balanced profile. The premium cocoa coating amplifies their strength without making them heavy.
In the 60 g format, the Cacao Truffle Bites are at their best with an espresso, to close out a dinner or to enrich a selection of sweets to give as a gift.
Pure cocoa mass sets the tone
Under the cocoa coating lies a full chocolate heart. Corallo produces them in Modica, in a confectionery workshop with a history of three generations: every truffle is shaped by hand, because certain intensities require care.
