CARATTERISTICHE
Olio D.O.P. Monte Etna da agricoltura biologica ottenuto da olive coltivate esclusivamente alle pendici del vulcano. Le coltivazioni locali di ulivo, che contraddistinguono il meraviglioso paesaggio della D.O.P. Monte Etna, sono rese particolarmente fertili dalle peculiari proprietà conferite dal terreno vulcanico, dando così origine ad un prodotto con caratteristiche uniche ed irripetibili, riscontrabili all’analisi chimico-fisica ed organolettica. Ottenuto da olive della varietà Nocellara Etnea, quest’olio dal colore giallo dorato intenso con riflessi verdi, ha un profumo armonico, con rimandi al frutto colto al giusto grado di maturazione. Al gusto è morbido e avvolgente, con sentore di amaro e piccante contenuto ed equilibrato. Appropriato in cottura, su arrosti di pesce, verdure e minestre di legumi; è altrettanto indicato a crudo su bruschette ed ortaggi freschi.
