Impasto: Farina di grano tenero tipo 00, zucchero, latte scremato in polvere, lievito madre naturale (frumento), sale, acido ascorbico, Mela Annurca IGP semicandita, burro, burro liquido, tuorlo d'uovo da galline allevate a terra, miele millefiori di Sicilia, pasta di arancia, panna fresca, bacche di vaniglia del Madagascar.
Glassa esterna: Cioccolato bianco (zucchero, grassi vegetali [palma, cocco], latte scremato in polvere, emulsionante: lecitina di soia, aromi), scorze di limone.
Farcitura: Crema al limoncello (olio essenziale di limone, aromi naturali, alcol, acqua, zucchero, addensante: amido).
Può contenere tracce di arachidi, pistacchi, mandorle, nocciole e senape. Si consiglia di conservare il prodotto in un luogo fresco e asciutto. La scadenza è di 3 mesi dalla data di produzione.
