Il Ypsigro Panettone ai Gelsi e Cioccolato al Latte è un panettone alto, artigianale e a edizione limitata firmato Fiasconaro. L’impasto soffice e fragrante è arricchito da gelsi neri canditi (17%) e gocce di cioccolato al latte (9%), per un perfetto equilibrio tra dolcezza e aromi intensi. Parte della linea Ypsigro 2025, questa creazione celebra il legame con il territorio e lo spirito pionieristico del borgo di Castelbuono.
