Il Torrone Siciliano Mandorle e Pistacchi di Fiasconaro è un dolce artigianale che unisce la tradizione dei mastri torronai di Castelbuono alle materie prime d’eccellenza della Sicilia. La lavorazione lenta e a bassa temperatura garantisce una consistenza morbida, in cui il miele millefiori e l’albume d’uovo si amalgamano perfettamente con la dolcezza delle mandorle e la nota speziata dei pistacchi.
Le mandorle di Sicilia (43,8 %) vengono tostate con cura per mantenere intatto il loro profumo, mentre i pistacchi (3,8 %) sono scelti tra le migliori varietà locali per esaltare il contrasto di sapore. Il miele di Sicilia (11,9 %) conferisce una vellutata morbidezza tipica del torrone morbido, supportato dallo sciroppo di glucosio. Un leggero aroma naturale di vaniglia arricchisce il profilo olfattivo, trasformando ogni morso in un’esperienza calda e avvolgente.
Confezionato in una stecca da 150 g e protetto da uno strato di ostia (amido di patata e acqua), questo torrone è perfetto come regalo gourmet durante le festività o come pensiero raffinato in qualsiasi occasione speciale. Conserva il prodotto in luogo fresco e asciutto (15–20 °C) e consumalo entro 60 giorni dall’apertura per mantenere freschezza e fragranza.
