This soft Sicilian torrone is made in the Castelbuono tradition with 43.8% Sicilian almonds, 3.8% pistachios and 11.9% Sicilian honey. Slow processing creates a soft texture while preserving the flavour of the nuts.

Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.) 43.8%, sugar, Sicilian honey 11.9%, glucose syrup, pistachios (Pistacia vera) 3.8%, egg white, natural vanilla flavouring; wafer covering: potato starch, water. May contain traces of gluten and other tree nuts.
