Stecca di Torrone Siciliano al Cioccolato Fondente • Fiasconaro (150 g)
Un torrone morbido e avvolgente, realizzato artigianalmente a Castelbuono (PA) secondo l’antica tradizione siciliana. Ogni stecca unisce la croccantezza delle mandorle di Sicilia e il sapore intenso del cioccolato fondente, per un contrasto di gusto che conquista al primo assaggio. La lavorazione lenta garantisce una consistenza vellutata, in cui miele e albume d’uovo si fondono perfettamente, donando al torrone quella caratteristica sofficità che si scioglie in bocca.

Mandorle di Sicilia (Amygdalus communis L.) 35 %, zucchero, cioccolato fondente ≥ 20 % (pasta di cacao, zucchero, burro di cacao, burro anidro, emulsionante: lecitina di girasole; aroma naturale di vaniglia), miele di Sicilia 9,5 %, sciroppo di glucosio, pistacchi (Pistacia vera) 3 %, albume d’uovo, aroma naturale di vaniglia; copertura di ostia (amido di patata, acqua).
