Description
Tonica Bona: Sicilian tonic water for aperitifs and cocktails
Tonica Bona is a clear, sparkling soft drink built around the characteristic balance of citrus notes and the pleasant bitterness of quinine. It is designed both to be enjoyed well chilled and to accompany spirits and cocktails where the tonic should have a recognisable presence.
Sicilus offers it in a pack of 24 bottles of 275 ml, suitable for home and especially practical for bars, restaurants, hotels, catering and events.
Flavour and aromatic profile
The profile is fresh, clean and lightly citrusy, with tonic's typical bitter finish. The carbonation gives it life and makes it suitable for drinking neat with ice or mixing.
How to serve Tonica Bona
On its own
Serve very cold, neat or with ice and citrus peel. Suitable as a soft drink for anyone who enjoys less sweet flavours.
As a cocktail mixer
Tonica Bona can be used for gin and tonic and other long drinks. The 275 ml size makes measuring and professional service easier, reducing the need to leave bottles open between preparations.
