The Sauce with Red Peppers, Rosso di Sicilia is a ready-to-use condiment prepared with 63.4% tomato passata and 16.7% sweet peppers. The peppers are lightly fried and combined with a tomato base containing onion, basil, extra virgin olive oil, and a slight touch of chili pepper.

How to enjoy it
Warm it over low heat and use it to season short or long pasta. It is also suitable for bruschetta, crostini, grains, and Mediterranean vegetable-based recipes.
