Triscari Pistachio and Porcini Mushroom Pesto, 190 g
A creamy condiment combining 60% pistachios — including 12% Sicilian pistachios — with 0.5% porcini mushrooms. The full flavour of pistachio meets the aromatic note of porcini in a ready-to-use recipe.
How to enjoy it
Mix it with pasta using a little cooking water, or use it for risotto, bruschetta and crostini. It also complements vegetables, white meat and fish dishes.
