Il Pesto di Basilico, Ricotta e Mandorle Rosso di Sicilia è un condimento siciliano cremoso che unisce basilico fresco, ricotta salata e mandorle tostate in un vasetto da 180 g. Una salsa pronta per condire pasta, bruschette e secondi delicati, con percentuali degli ingredienti dichiarate in etichetta.
Composizione, con le percentuali in etichetta
- Olio extra vergine di oliva 35%: base che lega il pesto e ne esalta gli aromi.
- Basilico 17%: profumo intenso, in dose significativa per un pesto in vasetto.
- Pomodoro secco 7%: nota dolce-concentrata che bilancia l'erbaceo.
- Ricotta salata 7%: cremosità e leggera sapidità lattica.
