Questa pasta speciale nasce nel cuore di Bronte dall'unione tra la pregiata semola di grano duro e il pistacchio (presente al 10% nell'impasto). La sua caratteristica forma a ricciolo, dalla superficie porosa e tenace, è studiata per abbracciare i condimenti, regalando al palato un'esplosione di gusto che profuma di Mediterraneo.
