Questo formato iconico della cucina siciliana, caratterizzato dalla sua forma a spirale attorcigliata ("busiata"), incontra l'eccellenza del territorio etneo: un impasto di semola di grano duro arricchito con il 10% di puro pistacchio.
La sua particolare struttura a elica non è solo bella da vedere, ma funzionale: è pensata per "catturare" il condimento al suo interno, garantendo che ogni boccone sia ricco di sapore. Prodotta artigianalmente a Bronte, questa pasta offre una consistenza callosa e un profumo inconfondibile.
