Bonfissuto Panettuovo with 3 Spreadable Creams – 1 kg
The Bonfissuto Panettuovo is a naturally leavened baked cake combining panettone dough with the shape of an Easter egg. Made by Pasticceria Bonfissuto in Canicattì, it is coated with white chocolate, whole toasted Sicilian pistachios, whole toasted hazelnuts and Modica chocolate pieces. The box includes three spreadable creams—pistachio, hazelnut and Modica chocolate—and a dedicated spreader.

Panettuovo ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, category A egg yolk from free-range hens, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, Madagascar vanilla beans.
Coating
White chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats [palm kernel, coconut], skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings), whole toasted Sicilian pistachios, whole toasted hazelnuts and Modica chocolate pieces.
Spreadable creams
Pistachio cream (35%): pistachio 35%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, sunflower lecithin, flavourings, natural colourings and spirulina extract. May contain peanuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
Hazelnut cream (30%): sugar, sunflower fat, finely crumbled biscuit, wheat flour, concentrated butter, skimmed milk powder, barley malt flour, salt, hazelnuts, low-fat cocoa, soya lecithin, natural flavourings and rosemary extract. May contain peanuts, pistachios and almonds.
Modica chocolate cream (25%): sugar, vegetable oils and fats, low-fat cocoa powder, chocolate, sunflower lecithin, flavourings and 25% Modica IGP chocolate pieces. May contain milk, peanuts, pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts.
Allergens
Contains gluten, milk, eggs, soya and nuts (pistachios, hazelnuts). May contain traces of peanuts, almonds and mustard.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 3 months from the production date.
