Panettone Squetu Bonforno Pistachio and Matcha Tea
Squetu combines pistachio with Matcha tea in one of the most contemporary recipes of the Bonforno line. The dough contains a Matcha tea emulsion, while the coating combines white chocolate, pistachio paste and crumbled biscuit.

Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides), salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavourings, butter, pasteurised egg yolk, Matcha tea butter emulsion (butter, Matcha paste, lemon paste), Naturvi-S yeast (wheat flour, water), water, sugar, honey, brewer's yeast. Coating: white chocolate substitute, pistachio paste and crumbled biscuit.
