Squetu Bonforno Pistachio and Matcha Panettone – 1 kg
Squetu Bonforno is a naturally leavened Sicilian panettone with matcha in the dough and a coating of white chocolate substitute, pistachio paste and biscuit crumbs. A separate piping bag of pistachio cream is included for filling when serving.

The box includes a separate piping bag of pistachio cream to fill the panettone when serving. For the cream's full ingredients and allergens, refer to its own manufacturer label. Panettone shelf life: 6 months from production.

Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides), salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavourings, butter, pasteurised egg yolk, Matcha tea butter emulsion (butter, Matcha paste, lemon paste), Naturvi-S starter (wheat flour, water), water, sugar, honey, brewer's yeast. Coating: white chocolate substitute (sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fats, milk whey powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin), pistachio paste, biscuit crumbs (wheat flour 30%, sugar, vegetable fat, anhydrous milk fat, milk sugar, milk proteins, salt, barley malt extracts, raising agent E500i, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: E306).
Allergens
The panettone contains gluten (wheat and barley), milk, eggs, soy and pistachio (tree nuts). The separate cream contains pistachio; check its label for additional allergens. The production site uses ingredients that may contain other tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and lupins.

Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, avoiding temperature fluctuations.
Serve at room temperature or warm slightly in the oven at 160 °C for about 2 minutes.

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds
- Italy, general catalogue: free standard shipping from € 89,00; below this threshold, € 8,90.
- European Union, general catalogue: free standard shipping from € 149,00, excluding the Balearic Islands. Below this threshold, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.
- Balearic Islands: for the general catalogue, the rate for orders from € 149,00 is € 10,00; shipping is not free. For lower order values and dedicated options, check the cost at checkout.
- Brioche, buns, Bibite Bona and some made-to-order products may have their own shipping rates even above these thresholds. Wafers, cannoli and fragile products may require separate packaging or parcels.
- Orders over 50 kg and special packaging, such as gift baskets on pallets, have dedicated rates or quotations. Free shipping does not automatically apply to these shipments.
Checkout shows the available options and cost before payment. If your cart contains products shipped separately, more than one shipment may appear. Insurance options, when available, are paid even when standard shipping is free.

Couriers and packaging
Shipments are handled by express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane. Parcels are carefully sealed to protect the products during transport.
Sicilus favours environmentally friendly packaging and recycled materials to reduce its environmental impact.
