Scopri l'edizione limitata del Panettone Artigianale Bonfissuto "Digital Art", che unisce tradizione siciliana e stile contemporaneo. Con un profumo inebriante, questo panettone presenta un cuore cremoso al Baileys e una copertura di cioccolato al latte.
Artigianalità Siciliana
Ricavato con lievito madre naturale e ingredienti di alta qualità, il Panettone "Digital Art" incorpora farina di grano tenero tipo 0, burro, panna fresca, miele millefiori di Sicilia e bacche di vaniglia del Madagascar. La mela e la cannella semi-candita aggiungono un tocco aromatico che si sposa perfettamente con la farcitura vellutata al Baileys.
Ingredienti
Farina di grano tenero tipo 0, zucchero, lievito madre naturale (frumento), sale, acido ascorbico, mela e cannella semi-candita, burro, burro liquido, tuorlo d’uova di galline allevate a terra di categoria A, miele millefiori di Sicilia, panna fresca, bacche di vaniglia del Madagascar.
Farcitura al Baileys: crema di Baileys (panna, proteine del latte, sciroppo di glucosio, zucchero, latte condensato zuccherato, acqua, zucchero caramellato, addensanti: agar-agar e pectina, aroma).
Copertura di cioccolato al latte: zucchero, grasso vegetale (palmisti, cocco), latte scremato in polvere, cacao magro, emulsionante (lecitina di soia), cubetti di cioccolato al latte, cannella in stecca (0,2%).
