The Bonfissuto Lactose-Free Panettone with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Candied Lemon Peel is designed for those who want a festive panettone without lactose. It is naturally leavened for 36 hours with sourdough. Extra virgin olive oil (5.9%) replaces dairy fat in the dough, while candied lemon peel adds a fresh citrus aroma. Sesame, sunflower and flax seeds with spelt flakes add a crunchy finish.
