Description
Bonfissuto EVO Oil and Lemon Panettone
Bonfissuto artisan panettone with extra virgin olive oil and candied lemon, naturally leavened. The producer's current formulation also uses lactose-free butter and a seed coating.
Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough starter (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, candied lemon, extra virgin olive oil, lactose-free butter, egg yolk, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.
Coating: sesame, sunflower, flax seeds and spelt flakes.
Allergens
Contains wheat/spelt (gluten), eggs, milk and sesame. May contain peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, soy and mustard.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. The producer indicates a shelf life of 3 months from the production date.
