Traditional Fiasconaro Panettone with Candied Orange
This classic Castelbuono panettone combines naturally leavened dough with candied orange peel, raisins and aromatic notes of Marsala and Zibibbo.

Soft wheat flour, raisins 14%, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, candied orange peel 10%, egg yolk, natural sourdough, Marsala PDO wine 1.8%, Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liqueur wine PGI 0.4%, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings and vanilla beans. May contain tree nuts, soy and lupin.
