This time, Sicily does not enter the recipe through a citrus fruit or pistachio. It enters through its art.
The Barocco Bianco di Sicilia was born as a tribute to the works of Giacomo Serpotta. The dough, golden and soft thanks to slow natural leavening, is enriched with caramel chocolate drops and a note of salted caramel, in contrast with the sweetness of white chocolate.
The Dolce & Gabbana tin also follows the same story: the reference to Baroque stucco transforms the packaging into an integral part of the project, not just a simple container.
