Manna belongs to the Madonie before it belongs to pastry. And it is precisely this that makes this variant different from the others.
The panettone, without raisins and candied fruit, has a manna dough and a glazed coating with nuts. The package also includes a 200 g jar of manna cream with a spreader, to be added to the slices at the time of tasting.

Vegetable oils (sunflower, safflower), cocoa butter, mannitol powder with manna 13.5%, emulsifier: maltitol, white cane sugar, vegetable fiber (inulin), skimmed milk powder, Sicilian hazelnuts, cocoa bean granules 4%, milk proteins, low-fat cocoa powder, safflower extract powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural aromas.

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds
- Italy, general catalogue: free standard shipping from € 89,00; below this threshold, € 8,90.
- European Union, general catalogue: free standard shipping from € 149,00, excluding the Balearic Islands. Below this threshold, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.
- Balearic Islands: for the general catalogue, the rate for orders from € 149,00 is € 10,00; shipping is not free. For lower order values and dedicated options, check the cost at checkout.
- Brioche, buns, Bibite Bona and some made-to-order products may have their own shipping rates even above these thresholds. Wafers, cannoli and fragile products may require separate packaging or parcels.
- Orders over 50 kg and special packaging, such as gift baskets on pallets, have dedicated rates or quotations. Free shipping does not automatically apply to these shipments.

Shipments are handled by express couriers, including FedEx/TNT, GLS, BRT and Poste Italiane. Parcels are carefully sealed to protect the products during transport.
