Dolce & Gabbana Chocolate Fiasconaro Panettone 500 g
There are panettone that seek contrast. This one chooses the depth of chocolate.
The naturally leavened dough welcomes extra dark chocolate and milk chocolate, with a small presence of orange paste that accompanies the cocoa without transforming the profile of the sweet. The recipe is without raisins and without candied citrus.
The surface, free of glaze, retains the cross scoring. The 500 g format is enclosed in a Dolce & Gabbana tin inspired by Sicilian majolica: more compact in size, but with all the visual presence of the collection.

Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs 10%, extra dark chocolate 9% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), fine milk chocolate 9% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa beans, milk powder, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), fresh egg yolk 5%, natural leavening (wheat flour), Sicilian honey, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), invert sugar syrup, hazelnut paste, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla.
