The Dolce & Gabbana Panettone with Fiasconaro Mandarin brings this Mediterranean character into a large leavened cake: a soft dough with natural leavening, enriched with candied mandarin and Sicilian mandarin paste. It is without raisins, so the citrus note remains clear and recognizable.
It is born in Castelbuono, in the heart of the Madonie, in the historic Fiasconaro pastry shop, and is presented in a Dolce & Gabbana tin decorated with references to the Sicilian figurative tradition.
It is a panettone to choose when the gift must have something to tell, before it is even opened.

Soft wheat flour, candied mandarin peel 22% (mandarin peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), butter, sugar, fresh eggs 10%, egg yolk 6%, natural leavening (soft wheat flour, yeast), Sicilian mandarin paste 2.2% (mandarins 52%, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla, flavors.
