Bonfissuto “18 Carati” Modica Chocolate Panettone with Cream (1 kg)
A gift presentation celebrating Sicilian pastry craftsmanship. The Bonfissuto 18 Carati Panettone is naturally leavened for at least 36 hours with sourdough and enriched with honey and egg yolks. Its dark chocolate coating is finished with Modica IGP chocolate powder and an edible 18-carat gold leaf. A 200 g jar of Modica chocolate cream is included for serving with each slice.

Ingredients
Panettone: type 0 soft wheat flour; butter and liquid butter; egg yolk from free-range hens; sugar; honey; fructose; natural sourdough (wheat); mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); salt; natural enzymes; Madagascar vanilla beans; natural flavourings; ascorbic acid.
Dark chocolate coating: cocoa mass; sugar; concentrated butter (99.8%); cocoa butter; emulsifier (soya lecithin); natural vanilla extract; Modica chocolate powder; edible 18-carat gold leaf.
Modica chocolate cream (200 g): sugar; vegetable oils (sunflower); low-fat cocoa powder; 20% Modica IGP chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa mass, sugar); emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322); natural vanilla flavouring.
May contain traces of eggs, milk, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, soya and mustard.
