Panettone Lumia Bonforno Lemon and White Chocolate
Lumia is Bonforno's panettone combining the citrus profile of lemon with the sweetness of white chocolate. The dough contains a lemon emulsion and lemon pearls; the surface is finished with a white chocolate topping and lemon crumble.

Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides), salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavourings, butter, pasteurised egg yolk, lemon emulsion (butter, lemon paste), lemon pearls, Naturvi-S yeast (wheat flour, water), water, sugar, honey, brewer's yeast. Topping: white chocolate substitute, seed oil and lemon crumble.
