Description
Panettone Ciauru Bonforno Coffee and Caramel Chocolate
Ciauru combines the aroma of coffee with the sweetness of caramel chocolate. The dough contains a butter and coffee emulsion and 2% caramel chocolate; the topping combines white and dark chocolate with cocoa and coffee beans.

Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides), salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, flavourings, butter, pasteurised egg yolk, butter and coffee emulsion (butter, coffee paste, orange paste), Naturvi-S yeast (wheat flour, water), water, sugar, caramel chocolate (2%), honey, brewer's yeast. Topping: white chocolate substitute, dark chocolate substitute, seed oil, cocoa and coffee beans.
