Un connubio perfetto tra la tradizione della cassata e la leggerezza del panettone: il Panettone alla Ricotta Cassata Siciliana di Peluso 1964 nasce da una lievitazione naturale di 36 ore e un impasto arricchito da una selezionata macedonia di frutta candita (scorze di arancia, zucca, limone, cedro e amarene). La crema al gusto di ricotta in sac à poche (200 g) consente di personalizzare ogni fetta con un tocco di morbidezza in più.
Caratteristiche chiave:
- Lievitazione 36 h con lievito madre per mollica soffice e alveolata.
- Senza conservanti e additivi: ricetta artigianale al 100 % naturale.
- Burro fior di latte (16 %) per un gusto cremoso e avvolgente.
- Macedonia candita 13 % per note agrumate e fruttate.
- Glassa alla vaniglia (10 %) e gocce di cioccolato per un finish goloso.

Ingredienti: farina di grano tenero tipo 00, burro di latteria 16 %, macedonia di frutta candita 13 % (scorze di arancia, zucca, limone, cedro, amarene), sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, zucchero, acidificante (acido citrico), tuorlo d'uovo fresco, lievito madre liofilizzato, emulsionante E471, sale, latte scremato in polvere, destrosio, vanillina, aromi naturali; glassa alla vaniglia 10 % (zucchero, grassi vegetali di palma, latte scremato in polvere, lattosio, emulsionante E322, aromi) e 1,5 % macedonia; può contenere tracce di mandorle, nocciole, noci e arachidi.
Ingredienti crema in sac à poche (200 g): zucchero, oli e grassi vegetali (girasole, palma, palmisti), ricotta disidratata 11 %, latte scremato in polvere 10 %, siero di latte in polvere, lattosio, emulsionante E322, aroma naturale di ricotta; può contenere tracce di farina di frumento, uova, mandorle, noci e arachidi.
