Il Panettone Albicocca e Cioccolato di Modica IGP Fiasconaro è una reinterpretazione del tradizionale panettone, arricchito con i sapori della Sicilia. Realizzato a lievitazione naturale, questo soffice panettone è farcito con canditi di albicocche e Cioccolato di Modica IGP, il tutto ricoperto da una glassa croccante e fogliame di nocciole.
Senza scorze d'arancia candite e uvetta, questo panettone è un modo gustoso per festeggiare le feste. Incartato elegantemente a mano, rappresenta la tradizione dolciaria siciliana di Fiasconaro, azienda conosciuta in tutto il mondo.
Nel 1953, Mario Fiasconaro aprì una gelateria nella piazza al centro di Castelbuono. Grazie all'intuizione del maestro pasticciere Nicola, che decise di reinterpretare il panettone con sapori mediterranei, l'azienda è cresciuta mantenendo la propria identità.
Ingredienti
Farina di grano tenero, burro, glassa alle mandorle (10%) (albume da uova fresche di galline allevate a terra, zucchero, farina di riso, farina di mandorle, amido modificato, pasta di nocciola, aromi), zucchero, uova fresche di galline allevate a terra, albicocche candite (9%) (albicocche, sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, saccarosio, correttore di acidità: acido citrico), “Cioccolato di Modica IGP” (8%) (pasta di cacao, zucchero. Cacao : 50% min), tuorlo da uova fresche di galline allevate a terra, lievito naturale (contiene farina di grano), zucchero in granella (3%), pasta di nocciola, miele di Sicilia, sciroppo di zucchero invertito, fogliame di nocciole (2%), granuli di albicocca (1%) (frutta (purea di albicocca (30%), purea di mela), zucchero, sciroppo di fruttosio, farina di riso, burro di cacao, agenti gelificanti: pectina, acidificanti: acido citrico, aromi naturali), emulsionante: mono e digliceridi degli acidi grassi, burro di cacao, “vino Marsala DOP”, latte scremato in polvere, sale, aroma naturale di vaniglia. Può contenere tracce di altra frutta secca a guscio, soia e lupino.
