Lorenzo N. 3 by Premiati Oleifici Barbera is an organic DOP Val di Mazara extra virgin oil obtained from 100% Biancolilla, grown in the high hills of central Sicily. It is an elegant and harmonious oil, with green and almond aromas and a natural sweetness that makes it particularly suitable for delicate dishes.

Lorenzo N. 3 is one of Barbera's most awarded labels: it was named by Gambero Rosso as Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the Light Fruity category in 2012 and as Best Light Fruity in 2023. It also received, among other awards, first place at the BioFach Olive Oil Competition 2013.
