Lorenzo N. 1 from Premiati Oleifici Barbera is an organic DOP Valli Trapanesi extra virgin oil obtained from 100% Cerasuola. It has a more pronounced character compared to the more delicate oils in the Lorenzo line: a clean olive scent, herbal and artichoke notes, and an intense fruity profile that pairs well with flavorful dishes.
