L'Olio Extravergine di Oliva Aromatizzato all’Origano dell'Oleificio Barbera nasce dall'incontro tra l'olio extravergine di oliva siciliano e l'intenso aroma dell'origano mediterraneo. Questa combinazione profumata esalta i sapori della cucina tradizionale, aggiungendo un tocco di freschezza a ogni piatto.
Produzione Artigianale
L'olio è prodotto utilizzando varietà autoctone siciliane. Le olive vengono raccolte manualmente e sottoposte ad una tecnica di estrazione che prevede un impianto a ciclo continuo con decantazione naturale e travasi mediante teli naturali.

Stabilimento Avanzato
La storica sede dell'azienda si trova in via Emerico Amari a Palermo. Nel 2003, è stato inaugurato un moderno stabilimento a Custonaci, in provincia di Trapani.
Questo stabilimento è dotato delle tecnologie più avanzate e comprende tre aree operative: stoccaggio, frantoio sperimentale e deposito.
