Masserie dell’Altopiano è l’olio DOP Monti Iblei dei Premiati Oleifici Barbera, espressione della Sicilia orientale. Nasce da olive Tonda Iblea e Moresca coltivate in alta collina e offre un profilo verde, fresco e mediterraneo, con note riconoscibili di pomodoro, carciofo ed erbe appena tagliate.
Caratteristiche principali

- Origine: Sicilia orientale, area dei Monti Iblei.
- Raccolta: brucatura a mano tra novembre e dicembre.
- Estrazione: a freddo a ciclo continuo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta.
- Filtraggio: mediante teli naturali.
- Aspetto: verde oro.
- Profilo: fruttato di oliva verde, con sentori di pomodoro, carciofo ed erbe fresche.
