Olio EVO Tempio dell’Ulivo DOP Valle del Belice 750 ml
Tempio dell’Ulivo dei Premiati Oleifici Barbera mette al centro una delle cultivar simbolo della Sicilia: è ottenuto da 100% Nocellara del Belice, coltivata nella Sicilia occidentale. Il profilo è intenso e vegetale, con richiami di pomodoro verde, erba fresca e carciofo e un piacevole equilibrio tra fruttato, amaro e piccante.
Caratteristiche principali

- Cultivar: 100% Nocellara del Belice.
- Origine: Sicilia occidentale, Valle del Belice.
- Raccolta: brucatura a mano tra novembre e dicembre.
- Estrazione: a freddo a ciclo continuo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta.
- Filtraggio: mediante teli naturali.
- Aspetto: verde con riflessi giallo oro.
- Aroma: intenso, con note erbacee e di pomodoro verde.
- Gusto: fruttato medio con sentori di carciofo ed erba tagliata.

È particolarmente indicato su pesce crudo o marinato, formaggi freschi e minestre di verdure. Su pane caldo, pomodoro e verdure grigliate esprime bene il carattere della Nocellara del Belice.
