Lorenzo N. 5 è uno degli extravergini più particolari dei Premiati Oleifici Barbera: nasce da olive 100% Nocellara del Belice lavorate dopo una preventiva denocciolatura. Estrarre l’olio dalla sola polpa regala un profilo più gentile e raffinato, pensato per chi cerca un olio siciliano capace di accompagnare il piatto senza coprirlo.
Perché è diverso
- Cultivar: 100% Nocellara del Belice.
- Lavorazione: preventiva denocciolatura ed estrazione a freddo a ciclo continuo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta.
- Origine: Sicilia centro-occidentale.
- Profilo: fruttato leggero, con note floreali e speziate e richiami di pomodoro verde e carciofo.
- Formato: bottiglia da 500 ml.
