Olio EVO Castello di Resultano DOP Val di Mazara
Castello di Resultano dei Premiati Oleifici Barbera è un extravergine DOP Val di Mazara che nasce tra le montagne del Palermitano e le colline dell’Agrigentino. Un blend di Biancolilla, Cerasuola e Nocellara del Belice dà vita a un olio armonico, dal fruttato medio e con la tipica alternanza siciliana tra note verdi, amaro e piccante.
Caratteristiche del prodotto
- Denominazione: DOP Val di Mazara.
- Cultivar: Biancolilla, Cerasuola e Nocellara del Belice.
- Origine: Sicilia centrale.
- Raccolta: brucatura a mano tra novembre e dicembre.
- Estrazione: a freddo a ciclo continuo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta.
- Filtraggio: mediante teli naturali.
- Aspetto: giallo oro con sfumature di verde intenso.
- Aroma: fruttato medio con sentori di pomodoro verde.
- Gusto: fruttato aromatico con leggero retrogusto amaro e piccante.
- Formati presenti su Sicilus: 500 ml e 750 ml, oltre alla confezione multipla da 6 bottiglie da 500 ml.
