Castello di Resultano Val di Mazara PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Castello di Resultano from Premiati Oleifici Barbera is an extra virgin olive oil with Val di Mazara PDO designation, produced in Sicily. It comes from the mountains around Palermo and the hills around Agrigento, using a blend of Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice, cultivars that create a harmonious, medium-fruity profile and a pleasing balance of green notes, bitterness and pepperiness.
On Sicilus it is available in a 750 ml size.

Recommended pairings
The producer recommends it with raw or marinated fish, fresh cheeses and vegetable soups. Also ideal on bruschetta and Mediterranean dishes when you want to add character without overpowering the main flavours.
