Olio EVO biologico DOP Monte Etna Natura Viva
Natura Viva dei Premiati Oleifici Barbera è un olio extra vergine di oliva biologico DOP Monte Etna, ottenuto esclusivamente da olive Nocellara dell’Etna coltivate in alta collina nella Sicilia orientale. Il suo gusto delicato e aromatico valorizza gli ingredienti senza coprirne i sapori.
Le olive vengono raccolte a mano tra novembre e dicembre e lavorate con estrazione continua a freddo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta. Nel 2023 Natura Viva ha ottenuto il Sofi Award, riconoscimento internazionale della Specialty Food Association.
