Olio Barbera IGP Sicilia – Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva
Un extravergine che racconta la Sicilia in modo immediato: l’Olio Barbera IGP Sicilia nasce da olive raccolte esclusivamente sull’isola e riunisce tre cultivar simbolo della tradizione olearia regionale, Cerasuola, Biancolilla e Nocellara del Belice. Il risultato è un olio equilibrato e versatile, adatto alla cucina quotidiana ma abbastanza elegante da entrare in una selezione gourmet.
Caratteristiche principali
- Denominazione: Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva IGP Sicilia.
- Cultivar: Cerasuola, Biancolilla e Nocellara del Belice.
