Olio Barbera IGP Sicilia – Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva 750 ml
L'Olio Barbera IGP Sicilia è un olio extra vergine di oliva prodotto da olive raccolte esclusivamente nei territori dei comuni siciliani riconosciuti dal disciplinare IGP. Estratto a freddo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta, conserva intatto il profilo aromatico tipico delle cultivar siciliane storiche.
Premiati Oleifici Barbera, dal 1894
L'azienda Manfredi Barbera e Figli produce olio extra vergine di oliva in Sicilia da oltre un secolo, attraverso cinque generazioni della famiglia Barbera. La sede storica è a Palermo e l'azienda partecipa ai consorzi territoriali per la valorizzazione della filiera olivicola siciliana.
Caratteristiche principali
- Certificazione IGP Sicilia: origine controllata, ente di certificazione IRVO.
- Cultivar: Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice.
- Estrazione a freddo a ciclo continuo entro 12 ore dalla raccolta.
- Aspetto: giallo oro con riflessi verdi.
- Aroma: delicatamente speziato.
- Gusto: fruttato medio con retrogusto di erba tagliata e leggera nota mandorlata.
- Raccolta: ottobre–dicembre, brucatura a mano.
Origine e territorio
Le olive provengono dalle zone vocate dell'olivicoltura siciliana riconosciute dal disciplinare IGP Sicilia: le province di Trapani, Palermo, Agrigento, Catania, Enna e Messina. La combinazione di suoli, esposizione e microclima conferisce all'olio il profilo aromatico tipico siciliano.
