La Colomba Nero Sublime di Fiasconaro è una specialità della pasticceria siciliana, ideale per chi ama il cioccolato. Questo dolce artigianale rappresenta una reinterpretazione della tradizionale colomba pasquale, arricchita con ingredienti di alta qualità e un processo di lavorazione attento.
Caratteristiche
- Impasto soffice e ricco: Realizzato con lievitazione naturale, l'impasto è privo di uvetta e canditi, ma arricchito con gocce di pregiato cioccolato di Sicilia, offrendo una consistenza morbida e un gusto intenso.
- Copertura golosa: La superficie è ricoperta da una confettura di fragoline di bosco e da una glassa al cioccolato fondente, creando un equilibrio tra dolcezza e note fruttate.
- Crema spalmabile inclusa: La confezione comprende un vasetto di crema al cioccolato di Sicilia da 180g e una spatola per spalmarla, rendendo ogni fetta ancora più gustosa.
- Confezionamento artigianale: Ogni colomba è confezionata a mano, riflettendo la dedizione tipica della tradizione pasticcera siciliana.

Impasto: Farina di frumento, gocce di cioccolato di Sicilia, zucchero, burro, tuorlo d'uovo, lievito naturale, latte, miele, sale, aromi naturali di vaniglia.
Copertura: Confettura di fragoline di bosco, cioccolato fondente.
Crema spalmabile: Crema al cioccolato di Sicilia.
