The Colomba Nero Sublime by Fiasconaro is a specialty of Sicilian pastry, ideal for chocolate lovers. This artisanal sweet represents a reinterpretation of the traditional Easter colomba, enriched with high-quality ingredients and a careful production process.
Features
- Soft and rich dough: Made with natural leavening, the dough is free from raisins and candied fruit, but enriched with drops of premium Sicilian chocolate, offering a soft texture and an intense taste.
- Indulgent coating: The surface is covered with wild strawberry jam and a dark chocolate glaze, creating a balance between sweetness and fruity notes.
- Spreadable cream included: The package includes a 180g jar of Sicilian chocolate cream and a spatula for spreading, making every slice even more delicious.
- Artisanal packaging: Each colomba is packaged by hand, reflecting the dedication typical of the Sicilian pastry tradition.
Ingredients
Dough: Wheat flour, Sicilian chocolate drops, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural leaven, milk, honey, salt, natural vanilla aromas.
Coating: Wild strawberry jam, dark chocolate.
Spreadable cream: Sicilian chocolate cream.
Allergens and storage
