The mini Sicilian brioche with tuppo offers the shape and flavour of the classic Sicilian brioscia in a 35 g portion. Soft, fragrant and individually packed, it suits breakfasts, buffets, hotels, bars, gelaterias, catering and snacks.

How to enjoy it
Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed. Pair with Sicilian granita, gelato, pistachio spread, honey or preserves.
Ingredients
Type “0” and “00” soft wheat flour, water, lard, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh egg yolk, olive oil, salt, whole milk powder, natural yeast, flavourings, turmeric.
