Description
Blood Orange and Fennel Marmalade with Orange Blossom Honey and Black Pepper
Inspired by Sicilian orange salad, it combines the citrus flavour of blood oranges with fresh fennel, orange blossom honey and a light black-pepper finish.
How to use it
Serve on crostini, with goat’s cheese and mature cheeses, in vinaigrettes, or alongside white meat.
Ingredients and composition
Blood oranges (50%), fennel (15%), orange blossom honey (2%), black pepper (0.1%), sugar and gelling agent: pectin.
Store in a cool, dry place; refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days.
