Hot Dog Bun – Panino per Hot Dog
L’Hot Dog Bun è un panino allungato professionale pensato per hot dog, street food, food truck, eventi, festival e ristorazione veloce di qualità. È prodotto artigianalmente in Sicilia e confezionato singolarmente in atmosfera modificata, per una gestione pratica delle scorte.
La forma allungata permette un servizio comodo e una buona tenuta con wurstel, salsicce, pulled meat, verdure, salse e topping abbondanti.

Utilizzo consigliato
Ideale per hot dog classici, pulled pork dog, salsicce artigianali, versioni vegetariane e menu street food. Per una resa ottimale si consiglia una leggera tostatura interna su piastra o salamandra prima del servizio.

Farina di frumento tipo 00, acqua, emulsionanti: mono- e digliceridi degli acidi grassi, olio di oliva extra vergine, olio di girasole, addensanti: sorbitoli, zucchero, sale, latte intero in polvere, stabilizzante: farina di semi di guar, lievito naturale, farina di malto.
