Il Green Burger Bun alla Clorofilla e Semi di Sesamo è un pane per hamburger colorato, senza latte e senza uova. È prodotto artigianalmente in Sicilia e pensato per ristoranti, burger bar, catering, eventi e locali HoReCa che vogliono proporre un bun verde dall’impatto visivo immediato.
Il colore verde e la superficie con semi di sesamo lo rendono adatto a burger gourmet, proposte vegetariane, burger al pistacchio, burger di pesce, menu primaverili e piatti creativi.

Ideale per burger gourmet, proposte vegetariane, panini al pistacchio, fish burger e menu creativi. Per una resa ottimale si consiglia il rinvenimento su piastra, salamandra o forno per 30–60 secondi.
