La Grappa Mille e una Notte di Donnafugata è un distillato di eccellenza che interpreta la tradizione siciliana e l’esperienza enologica della cantina. Prodotta nella Tenuta Contessa Entellina, nasce dalle vinacce delle uve rosse utilizzate per il celebre vino Mille e una Notte.
Caratteristiche principali

Processo di produzione
- Selezione delle vinacce: le vinacce vengono selezionate con cura per valorizzare aromi e qualità della materia prima.
- Distillazione in alambicco discontinuo a bagnomaria: metodo che preserva la delicatezza e la complessità aromatica delle uve.
- Affinamento in piccole barriques di rovere: passaggio che conferisce ampiezza aromatica e morbidezza al palato.
