Description
GIN 970 Accademia Degli Spiriti – Tribute to Siracusa IGP Lemon
Discover GIN 970 Accademia Degli Spiriti, a Sicilian gin that celebrates Siracusa IGP Lemon, one of Sicily's citrus treasures. Crafted with artisanal passion, this gin captures the essence of the Mediterranean scrubland in every drop.
An Expression of Mediterranean Freshness
The secret of GIN 970 lies in its formula, which combines selected botanicals from the Mediterranean scrubland with the intensity of Siracusa IGP Lemon:
- Juniper: the heart of the gin, providing structure and depth.
- Siracusa IGP Lemon: offers fresh and lively citrus notes, accompanied by a touch of natural sweetness.
- Mediterranean botanicals: wild mint, orange blossom, green pepper, and other spices create a balance between freshness and spice.
On the nose, a bouquet of juniper and lemon is perceived, accompanied by floral and slightly herbal nuances. On the palate, the gin is pungent yet pleasant, leaving a fresh and persistent aftertaste that celebrates Sicilian tradition.
Artisanal Gin
Each bottle of GIN 970 is distilled in small batches to preserve the integrity of the ingredients and guarantee a high-quality product.
Versatility and Style
GIN 970 is perfect to enjoy neat or as a base for sophisticated cocktails. Try it in a classic Gin Tonic, accompanied by a peel of Siracusa lemon to enhance its Mediterranean aromas. It is also an original gift idea for those who appreciate authentic flavors and Italian regional specialties.
