Crema alla Manna Fiasconaro 180 g
La Crema alla Manna Fiasconaro è una crema spalmabile siciliana dal gusto delicato, realizzata con manna delle Madonie e ingredienti selezionati. Nasce dalla tradizione dolciaria di Castelbuono, territorio legato da secoli alla raccolta della manna.
La consistenza vellutata e il sapore dolce e morbido la rendono ideale da spalmare su pane, fette biscottate, brioche, panettone, pandoro o da usare per farcire dolci e dessert.

Cos’è la manna
La manna è una linfa zuccherina che si ottiene da alcune specie di frassino. In Sicilia viene raccolta soprattutto nelle zone di Castelbuono e Pollina, dove questa tradizione agricola è ancora oggi parte dell’identità del territorio.
Come gustarla
Provala su pane tostato, brioche siciliana, biscotti secchi o come crema per farcire crostate e dolci da forno. È ottima anche in abbinamento a panettone, pandoro e colomba.
Ingredienti
Oli e grassi vegetali (olio di girasole, burro di cacao, olio di cartamo), zucchero di canna bianco, polvere di mannitolo con manna 3,5%, maltitolo, latte scremato in polvere, nocciole, proteine del latte, cacao magro in polvere, polvere di estratto di cartamo, emulsionante: lecitina di soia, aromi naturali.
Può contenere tracce di altra frutta a guscio e/o farina di lupino.
