The Rosso di Sicilia Hot Chili Pepper Spread is an intense, ready-to-use condiment made with 84% ground hot peppers flavoured in wine vinegar, sunflower oil and salt. A small amount adds heat to bruschetta, crostini, sandwiches, sauces and aperitifs.
