Ingredients
Dough: Type 00 soft wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, natural sourdough (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, semi-candied IGP Annurca Apple, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from ground-reared hens, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, Madagascar vanilla beans.
Outer glaze: White chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats [palm, coconut], skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavorings), lemon peel.
Filling: Limoncello cream (lemon essential oil, natural flavorings, alcohol, water, sugar, thickener: starch).
May contain traces of peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, and mustard. It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 3 months from the production date.
